Our Journey: 2013–2024
2013: The Beginning
Morrison Family Motors was established in 2013 by Matthew Morrison, who opened the dealership with just 5 cars, a website, and a clear, long-term vision: Sell quality vehicles at the best price, be honest, and treat people with respect. From day one, we were committed to serving the Moncton community with integrity, and our online presence allowed us to reach customers near and far.
2014-2016: Gaining Trust and Expanding
Our honest approach and strong customer service quickly helped us gain a solid reputation in Moncton. By 2016, we had expanded our lot to include a wider selection of vehicles, catering to the growing demand. During these years, we strengthened relationships with our customers, many of whom became repeat clients or referred friends and family, helping us expand our reach.
2017: Becoming Part of the Community
In 2017, we deepened our involvement with the Moncton community by participating in local events and sponsoring sports teams. We believe in giving back to the community that has supported us, which helped build lasting relationships beyond the dealership.
2018: A Stronger Team, A Stronger Business
In 2018, Morrison Family Motors grew both in size and capability by bringing on a dedicated General Sales Manager and Financial Manager Mathieu Gaudet. This addition to the leadership team played a key role in expanding our business and improving our service offerings. With more expertise on board, we were able to refine our processes and better serve our customers.
2019: Growing Our Inventory and Services
As our business continued to thrive, so did our inventory. By 2019, we offered a larger variety of cars, trucks, and SUVs, allowing us to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Our online makerting platforms also played a major role in making our inventory accessible to a broader audience.
2020: Navigating Challenges
The global pandemic in 2020 presented new challenges, but we adapted quickly to continue serving our customers. With contactless transactions, virtual vehicle tours, and enhanced safety measures at the dealership, we made sure that everyone felt safe while still receiving top-notch service.
2021: Recognition for Our Dedication
2021 was a milestone year for us when we were awarded the Gold Award for Used Car Dealers in Moncton. This recognition reinforced the values that have guided us since day one: integrity, transparency, and customer satisfaction. By this time, our inventory had grown to over 65 vehicles, offering something for everyone.
2022: Continued Growth
In 2022, we continued to invest in our team and infrastructure to provide an even better customer experience. Our family values and commitment to quality remained at the core of everything we did, and our loyal customers played a big role in our ongoing success.
2023: Celebrating 10 Years of Service
In 2023, we proudly celebrated a decade in business! From a small dealership with just 5 vehicles to a trusted name in Moncton, we couldn’t have reached this milestone without the support of our community. Reflecting on 10 years of growth and service, we renewed our commitment to delivering the best possible experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
2024: A New Chapter
